Clean and Convenient Stay

subway lines friendly staff convenient konbinis big supermarket

The hotel is close to subway lines, giving easy transport access. The staff is AMAZING! the hotel is near several konbinis plus a big supermarket. It is a short walk to the metro too.

One of the pillows was not to my liking. It was a bit too firm.

The room was clean and reasonably spacious, especially when compared to other places I have stayed. Bedding was comfy. The air conditioning system worked very well throughout my stay, important to me.

This location has a coin laundry on the first floor, quite useful for longer stays. I saw a water dispenser available . The hotel does not have a restaurant on site.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They understood English well. I asked them to call a taxi when I needed to go to the airport. They happily did this at no extra charge. They provided excellent service.

Comfortable stay near Kitahama station

convenient location helpful staff quiet room

The location is really convenient. The hotel is near several train and metro entrances. It was easy to get around (a real plus). Staff were kind and helpful. They assisted me with directions. The room was quiet. I was able to sleep well.

The pillows felt hard. I would have liked softer pillows for a more comfortable sleep.

The hotel is near Kitahama station and two subway stations. Depending on where you are traveling, you can choose the appropriate line. It is a very convenient position. The neighborhood was quiet.

The room was clean and quite large. This is bigger than the usual Japanese size. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well. The housekeeping team did a great job.

I had an awesome time at this hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Its proximity to the station made getting around so simple, a HUGE advantage. The rooms are serviced daily, this kept everything tidy and fresh.

I noticed the pillows are a little firm for MY taste. I would have preffered something softer.

The hotel is very close to the station. It is approximately a 4-minute walk. Nearby are many cafes along the river, including a rose garden, perfect for a relaxing afternoon tea. You can easily access multiple train lines from this location.

The room was a pretty good size, and VERY clean. It has all the necessary amenities, I needed nothing else! Beds are very comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long day.

great location helpful staff small room uncomfortable bed

the location was great! it's near a subway station, therefore i could get around easily. there were lots of places to eat out or buy food, too. the staff was always on hand to advise, so i felt really taken care of!

the room was small, i must say. the bed was advertised as large, but it was actually very tiny and uncomfortable. fitting two suitcases meant we couldn't walk freely inside the room, it was a squeeze!

convenient location quiet neighborhood helpful staff easy access

the subway was so close. it's only about 3 minutes away. i appreciated the quiet neighborhood. the staff helped me with everything i asked.

i noticed some black marks on the bathroom ceiling and above the sink. it was a minor issue though.

some issues noted

The room i had was smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped. the staff was also slow when i needed luggage transfer (i had discussed it a day before). it took over an hour to process everything.
